Bywgraffiad

I am a published writer, tutor and freelancer, born and raised in the mountains of Eryri. My work ranges from prose to poetry to creative non-fiction and is largely inspired by my Welsh and Serbian roots, place, travel and symbolism from myth. I studied Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia before traveling for a number of years and working as an English teacher. Since moving back home to Wales, I have released my first collection of poetry, ‘Spell into Being’, been selected as one of Literature Wales’ Emerging Welsh Writers, shortlisted for the Rhys Davies Short Story Award, and published in various anthologies, including Honno’s ‘Lipstick Eyebrows’. I am currently part of Literature Wales’ Representing Wales 2025 – 26 cohort.

Alongside my role as Co-Director for Inclusive Journalism Cymru, I run writing workshops and support people to develop their creative projects. I am currently working on a semi-autobiographical novella based on my time living in Granada, Spain – which I plan to publish as my first full length piece.
